At Memphis, Dr. Rodriguez led daily practice warm-ups, managed and reported on daily player workload the Kinexon player tracking system. Dr. Rodriguez supervised weight training sessions during home and road tenures and planned daily meal catering for the entire team and staff.
Dr. Rodriguez helped contribute to the 2023 AAC Conference Championship, their first conference title in 10 years by defeating the #1 ranked team at the time The University of Houston Cougars.
